We inspect the device and confirm it is a fault covered by this warranty.
Repaired at no cost
We re-do the repair with a new part. The warranty restarts from the new collection date.

Products
We do not offer change of mind on any Accessories or Mobile Phones. We only offer exchange if the Product is faulty within 14 days, in the original packaging and with this receipt. Wear down from normal use is not covered.
Repairs
I grant permission to Phone Repair Experts to perform any action deemed necessary in an attempt to repair my device. Furthermore, I release Phone Repair Experts from any liability for any data loss which may occur, or component failures occurring during attempted repair, testing, or at any other time. Phone Repair Experts is not responsible for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage occurring during or after device service. Normal wear and tear of battery is not included.
Devices sold by Phone Repair Experts
Devices sold by Phone Repair Experts will be covered under warranty for any manufacturer faults, or an issue that may reflect that the fault was inherent at the point of purchase. Any faults that are caused by the user, including accidental, physical or liquid damage, are not covered under warranty. Phone Repair Experts will have 3 attempts to repair a device during the warranty period before a replacement is offered. Normal wear and tear of battery is not included. We do not offer refunds.
Warranty terms apply to repairs carried out by Phone Repair Experts. Refurbished devices sold by us carry a separate 12-month warranty. Contact the shop if you are unsure what applies to your device.
