Phone Repair Experts is an independent repair shop for phones, laptops, tablets and game consoles, with two counters: 96 Walton Road in East Molesey and 196 High Street in Hampton Hill. We are the people you bring a device to when something has stopped working and you would rather fix it than replace it.

Everything we do follows the same routine. You describe the fault, we diagnose the device in front of you, we explain what is wrong in plain English, and we quote a firm price before a single screw comes out. Most phone screens and batteries are finished the same day, often within the hour, while laptops and consoles usually need a day or two on the bench for board-level work, data recovery or a deep clean.

We look after everyday customers first: people with a cracked screen who need their phone back before the school run, students with a laptop that will not charge, families with a console that has overheated one time too many, and small businesses that cannot wait a fortnight for a manufacturer’s repair centre.
