Before you come in
- Back up your device if you can — we will always try, but backups are your safety net.
- Tell us your passcode at the counter so we can test the repair properly.
- Remove your SIM and memory card. We cannot be responsible for either.
- Most phone repairs are finished the same day, often within the hour.
